Tour packages for the Horticultural Expo 2019 Beijing

For the International Horticultural Exhibition 2019, which takes place from April 29 to October 7, 2019, in the Yanqing District of Beijing, we offer several convenient and flexible travel packages as day tours so that you can easily visit the Horticultural Expo from the Beijing city. You can reach the Expo site either by our own private car or bus, or with using public transport such as S-Bahn or Expo special bus. Our English or German speaking guide will pick you up in the morning from the hotel, bring you to the entrance of the Garden Expo and drive you back after the Expo visit. Upon request our tour guide can accompany you during visiting the pavilions and gardens.

Expo package as a private tour with car and driver

In the morning pick-up from your centrally located hotel in Peking by the driver and drive with a private car to Yanqing to the entrance of the Expo site. Time for your own visit the Garden-Expo without tour guide (about 4-5 hours). Pick up at the exit at the agreed time after the Expo visit and return to your hotel.

Expo package as group tour by coach

Drive on your own to the meeting point at exit B of the subway station Beitucheng (U8 / U10). Our coach leaves at 07:30. A Chinese-speaking tour guide accompanies you in the coach to the parking lot. Time for your own visit to the Garden Expo without travel guide. Meet at the parking lot after the Expo visit. Our coach departs at 15:30 from the Expo parking lot. The group tour ends at the subway station Beitucheng. Continue to your hotel on your own.

Expo package with S-Train S2 and tour guide

Morning pick up from your centrally located hotel in Beijing by the tour guide and ride on Subway 8 or Subway 13 to Huoying Subway Station. Change to the S-Strain Station Huangtudian (5 minutes) and take the S-Train S2 to Yanqing (about 1.5 hours). Then take the free Expo shuttle bus line 1 to the BH3 in the Expo site. Accompany to the entrance. Time for your own visit the Garden-Expo without tour guide (about 4-5 hours). Pick up at the exit at the agreed time after the Expo visit and return to the hotel with the Expo shuttle bus line 1, S-Train S2 and Subway.

Morning pick up from your centrally located Beijing hotel by the tour guide and ride on Subway 8 to Zhuxinzhuang Subway Station. Take the Expo Special Bus Line 1 to the P3 car park on the Expo site (about 1.5 hours). Accompany to the entrance. Time for your own visit the garden-Expo without tour guide (about 4-5 hours). Pick up at the exit at the agreed time after the Expo visit and return to the hotel with the Expo Special Bus Line 1 and Subway.

Remarks:

- If one of the o.g. Expo packages are booked together with one of our city tour or round trips (see below), there are no booking fees. If only one expo package is booked, a booking fee of EUR 20, - will be charged per booking

- The package price includes the Expo day ticket on the normal day. On special day there is an extra charge of EUR 6, - p.P. The special days (designated days) are the opening day, the closing day and the public holidays. All other days are the normal expo days (standard days).
